The works included the demolition of an existing building and then the beginning of the skeleton work which includes: construction of perimeter fences for the lot, outdoor areas, development work including yard / ornamental gardens and double parking.
Subsequently, thorough sealing work was carried out which included sealing sprays, sealing sheets and more.
Further plumbing was added, including water and sewer planning, sanitation and sanitary ware.
