Project’s Description
Herzliya Pituach on the border with the seaside neighborhood of Nofyam, our company has demolished and rebuilt a 3-story villa which is including:
- basement
- main floor
- first floor
with construction works themed in a rural / Provence style.
The works included the demolition of an existing building and then the beginning of the skeleton work which includes: construction of perimeter fences for the lot, outdoor areas, development work including yard / ornamental gardens and double parking.
Subsequently, thorough sealing work was carried out which included sealing sprays, sealing sheets and more.
Further plumbing was added, including water and sewer planning, sanitation and sanitary ware.
The electrical work included professional design according to the customer’s wishes, with emphasis on functionality and saving of electricity points.
In addition, the stucco, fences and skeleton structure inside and out, plaster the high-end in the luxury market that includes Miyaks and German corners for as accurate results as possible.
Flooring and cladding work of all the required elements, from flooring, interiors, to the styles of shower and bathroom roofs, of course, which are accompanied by complex underfloor heating as a preparation stage to meet customer demand.
During the various stages of construction, the building is carefully maintained so as not to be damaged by dedicated materials covering the various elements.
The plasterwork is the next step when giving the appearance of a floating ceiling with various elements that allow the coating of the central air conditioning systems and various lighting fixtures. Then the paint works are done at the customer’s request, with emphasis on advice and guidance for colors and texture that are suitable for the space.
Adding a transparent lift and special elements from designed frames were added to the finishing stages.
