Project Description
In northern Herzliya, 1000 SqM plot with a house for demolition, on which were built two plots with two villas, in a country style, 500 SqM each.
Our company identified future potential in a developing neighborhood in northern Herzliya, purchased a plot in an attractive location bordering on a green area and completed another successful project that was composed from the initiation of the idea and identification of future improvement to the plot, Selection of consultants and professionals while managing, coordinating and supervising the various entities.
It can be noted that in this project, our company achieved impressive results in selling the house at the highest price in the same neighborhood up to that time – there is no better proof of the high standard of construction and proper planning of a luxury construction project.
