The works include plaster and paint, sealing, flooring and exterior and interior cladding, aluminum works, carpentry and metalwork. They also include windows and doors, sanitary ware and kitchen.
Development of the house area
Development of the house area is one of the final stages of the construction process, which is usually carried out by a final contractor. This stage includes the removal of infrastructures, structures and waste from the construction site, and then development work that includes the construction of paths, terraces, parking, fences and surfaces. In addition, land is brought in, irrigation systems are installed, plants are planted and every other element is requested and planned in the yard of the house.
Interior design and populating the house
The final stage of the construction work consists of a thorough cleaning of the house and its final design, without intervention in the outer perimeter of the building.
