Project Description
A plot of approximately 1,500 sq. M. 550 built, a project that includes demolition and construction as an addition to an existing building. The works began with the development and organization of the site by massive pruning of wild vegetation, soil alignment and the removal of unnecessary soil.
In the next stage, the demolitions began, including tractors such as Bagger, Bobcat, Jcb and others.
These works have begun alongside manual demolition by mechanical tools such as Congo, compressors, etc., which are designed in sensitive areas and need extreme care and delicacy due to proximity to elements such as main electrical boards and connecting beams.
During the demolition phase, containers and trucks were used to remove the refuse to the Morasha site.
The building was then completed, including the installation of a rib ceiling and metal profiles, in response to the architectural and architectural needs.
In addition to the previous stages, additional teams worked on concrete, sealing and facelift and outside the building.
Afterwards, additional professionals such as electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, gypsum, paint and flooring joined in all parts of the building.
In the current project, the client received accompaniment from our company and in cooperation with the architects’ office, which includes trips abroad for the selection of products, management and coordination of their import into Israel within the timetables allocated for the project.
It is worth mentioning that in this project we have imported imported goods and accessories from the Far East
